This is the OIGWUU store for customers in the European Union and elsewhere outside the United States.

• Ships from our factory in China by sea freight. Handling 7–10 business days before dispatch, then transit varies by destination.
• Import duty and import VAT are payable on any order entering the EU — this is a customs charge, not something we can avoid. The rate depends on your country.
• Where we can ship duty-paid (DDP), we pay the duty and import VAT on your behalf, and there is nothing further to pay on delivery.
• Where DDP is not available for your country, we tell you before you order. In that case the duty and import VAT are payable by you on delivery.
• We confirm in writing before you pay: the freight cost, the duty treatment, and the total you will owe on delivery.
• Warranty service runs through our China service centre. Please contact us before shipping anything back — we will confirm the correct return address and the return cost for your country.
