Thank you for patronizing Oilily audio products. To protect your rights and interests, please read the following carefully after purchasing

your phone:

Ⅰ. Please note that the following cases are not covered by the free warranty, but can provide paid services.

1.Failure to install, use, maintain, and store the product in accordance with the instructions for use causes malfunction or damage.

2.Deface or tear product serial number or bar code sticker without authorization;

3.The warranty period has expired.

4.The product serial number or model on the product warranty card does not match the product itself.

5.Without permission, unauthorized disassembly repair, modification or modification of the original machine software.

6.Product damage caused by accidental factors or human actions, such as using inappropriate power supplies, signal sources, high temperatures, water in the water, mechanical damage, or falling.

7.Failure or damage caused by transportation and loading and unloading during the return for repair;

8.Other faults or damages not caused by product design, technology, manufacturing, or quality.

II.After-sales service commitment:

1.During the free replacement period, the product is tested by our company and the fault is confirmed.Can replace the same model of the product, the replacement of defective parts owned by the company;

2.By the company replacement, warranty products will enjoy the original commitment of the remaining warranty period plus 3 months warranty period;

3.If the product is a paid repair, the same performance issue will be available from the date of repair3 months of free warranty, please request and keep your maintenance certificate;

4.The mailing cost of products returned for repair within the warranty period shall be the sole responsibility of the sender

5.The Company shall not be held liable for any other commitments made by the Distributor to you beyond the scope of the Company’s warranty
